I am possibly looking to rent out a furnished room in a 3 bedroom apt in the Lavington area from September 2009 to March 2010 as I plan on leaving during this time to Uni abroad.
It would be ideal for anyone completing an short-term internship or exchange program. You would have 1 roommate (who has been in the country for two years and works full-time) and you must like cats as we have 2 adorable kittens.
The apt is fully furnished, including a washing machine, has two bathrooms, and we have a house help who comes in 3x a week. The compound also has a gym and swimming pool. It is walking distance from the Junction Mall (which has a large supermarket and many other stores and restaurants).
