Looking to stay in 2012...

Hi Everyone,
I'm planning on moving to Kenya for 6 months in 2012, while doing some volunteer work. Ideally, I'd like to live in dt Nairobi, near Kibera, Yaya, or Karen. I'd like something furnished and with internet hopefully- and around 20-30,000ksh/month. Does something like that exist? Am willing to negotiate a little but would like it to be in that range as I will have little income as a volunteer.
