I am looking for a flatmate for my beautiful two bedroom apartment.
The apartment is new, all modern and has great quality finishes. The kitchen cabinets are wooden. The living room is spacious and airy, with an in-house patio providing lots of light. Both bedrooms have big inbuilt wardrobes and separate bathrooms. The available bedroom will be furnished with a big wooden bed and a nightstand. There is a separate laundry area and a guest cloakroom.
I am planning to set up a ZUKU internet connection. The compound has its own gym, which will be functional from January 2012.
The apartment is located in Kileleshwa (close to Kilimani) along Suguta Road. Valley Arcade is the closest shopping mall and in walking distance; it's also not far from Yaya Shopping Center.
The room is available from November 12, 2011. However, I will just start to furnish the apartment by then.
I'm a 24-year old Swiss working in the humanitarian sector. I see myself as openminded and uncomplicated – plus I have a sense of order!
