Looking for Female roommate in two bedroom apartment off School Late (Westlands)

I have moved to Kenya and I am in the process of signing a lease for 1 year in a great unfurnished apartment off School Lane in Westlands. It's walking distance from Sarit Center. It's a two bedroom at 75Kshs (37,500 each). The reason I am signing this lease now and not waiting to find a roommate is that this place was originally 85K but now is at 75K for a limited time.
