Men in Korea

Hi,
There is a possibility that I will be moving to Korea, Suwon area for a teaching job in the fall. Never been before. Currently in China, and have seen it in Japan as well, that the foreign men are mostly with the Chinese/Japanese women for the most part. Is this also the case in Korea? Am I asking the obvious question? As a single female where would I go to meet people in Suwon/Seoul area?
