South Korea Apostille, Apostille in South Korea

Anyone need to get their documents apostille for use in South Korea. I had a friend living in South Korea and they required a FBI background check apostille and degree apostille. Unfortunately, the embassy doesn't provide apostille.

She sent it to Apostille Pros www.apostillepros.com and have them apostille her documents and shipped back to South Korea. Everything was accepted by Korean Immigration.

What I want to know is, why is the FBI taking so long with the FBI checks. It takes like 4-6 weeks and I'm trying to get one but the wait is so long via mail.
