Young woman wants to spend her last days in asia :D

ok here is the thing, im 26, I have always wanted to live in asia and I was thinking about moving to either korea, japan, thailand, my biggest dream is to open un a restaurant in one of those places, offering fusion food from the countries I've been in, for that I have been saving...I work as a model and I make good money for that but I still need like 2 more years of saving...THE THING IS that recently I've been diagnosed with a weird degenerative disease and the doctors give me 2 to 5 years tops, I have passed my denial phase and now if its 2 or 5 I just want to make most of them, and I will love to spend my life in an asian country for good last years of my life, I wanted to get there as business person with money saved and all but now I can't think of spending my last days modeling where I live...I have visited practically all asia but never lived in so I am asking people who has if they can give me any advice on what I can do with the skills I have.
I do not have a bachelors degree but I have educated myself in other ways , so my skills...
Im a profesional model with years of experience this have gave me great time to study LOTS of stuff I like but not enough time for a career.
I speak fluently english, spanish, french
I speak intermediate Thai, Korean, Japanese, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese
LANGUAGES ARE A PASSION OF MINE
I love to cook and I am great at it
I have worked on TV
I learned in schools all over the world several massage therapy techniques and I practice them professionally, like, Thai Massage, Swedish massage, acupressure, reflexology etc
I am a great dog trainer as I studied some dog psychology
I have studied some courses on nutrition and fitness training and I practice it sometimes I used to have a free boot camp training everyone who wanted to feel better but didn't had enough money to pay one I did this for free for a year.
I also work in event planning sometimes organizing everything...

I've always do everything I can as much as I can so I know a lot of stuff but nothing with a physical degree...

SO DO ANYONE THINK IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO GET A JOB IN ONE OF THIS COUNTRIES, WHICH JOB?

Please help, I need real answers, my friends tell me that I am more than pretty enough marry a rich Asian dude and fulfill my dream, but I have never been that kind of woman and I want to do it on my own like I have done since I was 15 when I started working so please do not answer like that, real answers please...

thank you all for reading and for your responses!
