HELP:Q8 international english speaking school

Hi

Can anyone tell me more about the KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH SPEAKING SCHOOL. I am considering teaching there and would welcome any feedback. My questions are: How well do they pay? What are the things that I should watch out for? What is the accomodation like? How supportive is the school? Does the school recognise and appreciate their teaching staff? Please feel free to elaborate and to give any pointers that you think I'll need.
