CSA's policies

Is there a way of negotiating with the military and CSA toward getting your job back. A long standing employee of CSA has the possibility of be terminated for an unconciousable mistake. The employee was at one of the base check points; when a military guard found an adult item in the their carry-all. The item was confiscated and the employee was banned from entering the base until the matter was reviewed. The employee has a very good work record with the company after years of employment. This was the first offense. The employee wants a chance to plead his case and apologized ernestly. The employee has always shown respect toward the culture and the people. The employee has followed the laws. The item in their pocession belonged to another employee but refused to turn the person in, out of friendship. Eventhrough this is a major offense, no bodily harm was intensionally done. Also you would think move over that they would want to keep a productive worker in their company. Since there is a possibility their contract may expire in 2009. At that time a new proposal will have to be implemented. It would look good to show their professional supervisory skills toward production and as the over seer of a diverse group man power. The employee wants to be able to at least complete their tour of duty. As a lead this person is well respected by co-workers and middle management. As fair leader. This a person who well revered by family and friends, who often very generous to the needs of others above his own. This was a truly honest mistake and thats all it was. So if anyone could give in-sight advice of what is necessary to do, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for listening. p.s. I hope the person doesn't get the chance to read this post, they might be little embarrassed. "SMILE"
