Mandatory retirement age, new universities, cats, cars, maids, electronics, approved DVD titles, HIV testing, etc.

I'm a university professor of marketing who is considering a job offer.
(1) Is there a mandatory retirement age for private sector workers in Kuwait, or can private sector employees continue working as long as their work is satisfactory? UAE law states that contracts cannot be extended, or new contracts issued, after a person reaches age 70.
(2) The Ministry of Higher Education has recently approved two new universites. Does anyone know what they are and have any contact information.
(3) I have a house cat that can be certified completely disease free. What's the process for bringing a healthy cat into Kuwait?
(4) I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla LE with VERY low mileage that's been well maintained. I'm a non-smoker and the car has no tobacco smell. I like the car and can ship it to Kuwait for USD 2000. Am I better off selling it and buying another in Kuwait?
(5) My dependent Mother will need a competent, English-speaking, live-in maid / attendant. I've had very good experiences with Filipinos. Is there a service I can contact and what is the approximate cost per month for such a live-in?
(6) I have US electrical / electronic items including a new Samsung LCD HD TV. Can I use an adapter for 220 DC current or is the broadcast signal incompatable? I expect to use high speed Internet broadcasts for the TV and Skype for international phone calls.
(7) I have a good DVD collection of motion pictures. Where can I get a list of approved / disapproved titles so I don't bring in something illegal.
(8) In the UAE there is mandatory testing for HIV and other communicable diseases. I view this as a legitimate public health action. Is such testing part of life in Kuwait?
