Hello folks,
I am preparing to move to Kuwait to work. And in I have two questions.
While in Kuwait I was planning to take online classes for professional development.
How would you rate the different Internet companies operating in Kuwait in regards to customer service, price and quality/speed?
Someone in this forum mentioned that they use Skype to communicate overseas but when I looked at the Skype site I did not notice that Kuwait was a country that they service. Moreover I have a mobile phone and I noticed that all Skype international calls require a land line phone.
What would be my best bet if I need to communicate with people back in the US (preferably with my cell phone)?
