Renting an apartment in Vientiane Laos

Hey everyone,

I am an Australian Uni student just about to undertake a 3 month summer internship in Saysettha District, Vientiane Capital Laos and was hoping to receive a few pointers in relation to- renting an apartment!

Can anyone point in a direction of a good real estate agent? Anyone know general rates for 1 bedroom furbished studio apartments? I just wanted to get a general feel!
