Moving to Latvia, suggestions?

Hello all,

I'm planning to move to Riga in the 4th quarter of this year. I'm looking for an apartment in the city center (preferably 2 bedroom). Can someone give me suggestions on how to go about renting one? Is there anything that I need to be careful about before doing so?
