Advice About Relocating

Hey Everyone,
My names Scott and I'm dual Citizen British/Australian. I was actually born in England and grew up in Australia. I currently work for an English company and work from home in Wales. I actually do Telesales so in theory could live and work any where. I am currently con sidering relocating to either Latvia, Lithuania or Czech Republic. I have briefly looked at some posts in this Forum and already have concerns about relocating to Lithuania. Do you actually have to ask permission to live there even if you have a British passport and Lithuania is part of the European Union. Also would I struggle without speaking any of the language?, I would be more than happy to do language classes upon relocation. Does anybody know if it si expensive or cheap to make calls to the UK from a Lithuanian Landline? If i'm working for a British company and living in Lithuania would I pay my taxes in Lithuania or teh UK... I know there is a 183 day rule and know I would stay there a minimum of a year if making the move... Any idea how much average furnished 1 bedroom flat is in Vilnius. Would I pay extra because i'm not local? Sorry I have so many questions but feel all of these questions are very important and no doubt I might think of a few more.
Thanks
Scott
