I hope to start my dual life between London & Vilnius from 1st Jan 2016, spending half my time in each. My wife is Lithuanian and has lived in the UK for the past 5 years, but is starting a business with her sisters in Vilnius and looking to move back. For ease of tax and pension etc, and as I have not long been in my new job I am looking to split my time. I am awaiting decision on my application for flexible working. Are there many English living in Vilnius? Does anyone else split their time between UK and Vilnius?
