Moving to Luxembourg

Hi All,

I've just made the decision that's going to change my life and that is move to Luxembourg. I plan to move there in July 2010. I'll be moving from my home town, Sydney, Australia.
I must say that its going to be a big move and im quite scared, but needs to be done.
I'm hoping that someone could help me, by giving me some advise on finding work there, and so on. I'm fluent in English and Portuguese's. So im assuming that the language may be one of the hardest things to get by on,and finding work. I was hoping on continuing working in the field that i am now, which is Dental.
Can any one tell me, which would be the best language to learn and also would i be able to get by on English till i pick up the language?? Any advice on moving to luxemboug would be greatly appreciated.
