Moving to Luxembourg

Hi
My hubby got a new job in Luxembourg and we will be moving in the summer2010.
we will be looking to rent first before possible buying. Also My 2yrs old goes to the german Kindergarden 5days a week from 7pm to 2pm and i pay 80Euros monthly, is it the same in Luxembourg with child care? It would also be great if i can meet other parents with young kids for my little one to play with. greatly appreciate any advice!
