.Net programmer from india

Hi,

I am from india and working as a programmer in .Net with 5 years of experience.
I have some basic knowledge of french which i learned during my pre degree course(2 yrs) and i can communicate well in english.
I want to move to luxembourg.
Pls let me know how dufficult is to get a job there in IT.
Can i come there and attend interviews on a tourist visa?
If i get a job there, will the employer provide a work visa for me?

I really appreciate if you can provide me some details or any reference abt this.
