Transportation - Car vs Buses/Trains

Hi Everyone,

My husband, 2 children (boy 13, girl 10) & our Formosan Mountain Dog will be moving to Luxembourg this August. I have some questions, which will be trickling in.... If you live in the city, do you need a car or are the buses/trains the way to get around? My husband works for Amazon, so we'll want to live in the city. Thanks, Shelley
