Getting ready for LUX :)

Hello everyone! I've recently received a job offer in LUX. The hiring company has proposed me an annual salary of 54k eur - how does that sound? I am single and moving alone, plan to rent an apartment in the city.
Can anyone help me with the salary increase policy for LUX? Although this is a private company, my understanding is that the salary increases are following the legal regulations in place.
