Am i mad to move to Lux ?

Hi Everyone !
I'm considering moving to Luxembourg from Dublin for a really great job. My problem is that I have read a lot of comments on various ex-pat forums which suggest that living in Luxembourg is pretty bad (in terms of the friendliness of the people, things to do, general size of the city, nightlife etc).
.

I am single and in my 30s - so can anyone give me any insights as to whether I will go completely ga-ga in Lux :-) ????
