Public English schools

Hi all,
Can some one please share the feedback for the two new public English speaking schools - 1. @ Belair, opened by LML. 2. @ Differdange. I am moving to Lix in Mar 2018 and stongly considering these two schools, unless very bad feedback as of now. I would also like to know that is it necessary for me to rent a house in same commune to get admission there.
