Questions about moving to Subang/KL with small children

We have an opportunity to move to Subang outside of KL. We have a 2 year old and a 3 month old. We've read that there is a strong expat community in KL, but are wondering if anyone can tell us about Subang. My husband would travel a lot so I would be at home with our two small children. We're wondering if it would be easy to connect with other English speaking expats (we're American)???

Any insight would be much appreciated!
