Job opportunity in malaysia - should i or shouldn't i ?

Been offered a job in kuala lumper, possible three years within my trade. Everything paid for, accommodation, vehicle, medical and so on. Reading alot about the country on net but not reading anything realistic.
I originate from the UK, really keen to leave and look at new options. Can any UK expats give me a true reflection on your options, reasons and overall outlook of your move to malaysia from the UK. Seeking genuine honest comments and info.
