Move to Malaysia

Hi there,

I am currently looking into moving to KL or Penang from Cape Town. Just wondering what the best way would be to go about getting a job prior to relocation? Have a British passport so am guessing this would make things a bit easier.

Would it be advisable to search for a job when I get there or secure one beforehand?

Any help or wisdom would be greatly appreciated :)
