getting sponsored to work in Malaysia without work visa

Hi, I have just moved to Malaysia with my husband, he is working for a large international company and I am here as a dependent on his visa. However I would like to work and am wondering how easy/difficult it will be to get a job who might sort out a visa for me.
Alternatively, does anyone have experience of working here without a work visa?
