Penang schools: Tenby vs Fairview vs Straits

We are moving to Penang, Malaysia in time for the new 2015-2016 school year. Need help deciding which school to enroll our daughter (currently Yr 7 in IB school). We narrowed down our choices to Tenby, Fairview, or Straits (new school). Just searching on Google we only see a lot of bad feedback. I know there are no perfect schools but It's hard to believe they are all bad. Can anyone give me some real and recent feedback on these schools?
