I’m looking for a temporary female tenant(s) for a Master Bedroom (with attached bathroom)
Location: Putra Suria Residency, Jalan Jelawat 1, Taman Ikan Emas, Cheras 56000 Kuala Lumpur.
Rent per month: RM 850
Available: end of June 20016
Rental period: July-December 2016 –it can be extended til end January 2017
Deposit: 2 months + one month utility bill deposit RM25

-My apartment is well-equipped, low maintenance, nicely and practically furnished, with excellent location and it is good value for money! Ready for moving in…
-The room can be shared by 2 ladies, but extra bed is not provided. And the rent period can be extended till end of January 2017
-The apartment has excellent location, 24hour security & it is within 3 to 4 minutes’ walk (side gate) to LRT Cheras, taxi bay, rapid KL bus stops, restaurants, Internet café (several of them), 7-Eleven, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart, Fresh Grocer, self-service laundry, bakery…
- You will have a friendly & responsible house leader and full access to Laundry machine/room, well equipped kitchen and fully furnished living and dinning area.
- You will shared bills for water, electricity, cable TV & high speed internet with the other 2 housemates
** Internet & cable TV: RM 189.75 per months, shared with the other housemates.
** Electricity & water bills will depend on your consumption and energy conservation habits. Currently the utility bill (electricity & water) is Rm25 per person/ per month.
- The 2 month deposit won’t be refundable if you leave before the end of the rental period
- The rent must be banked in by the 15th of every months during the rental period
