Most foreign or even local parents search and spend lots of time looking for expensive schools for their kids, and at times, parents should consider this carefully considering the high costs involved. A lot of parents feel that international schools in Malaysia must be full of westernised culture and European kids running around - that is just wrong. Most international school in Malaysia teach the UK-based curriculum, but is still culturally-Malaysian. We live in Malaysia and should be proud to call this our "home" - so don't be embarrassed if your child's school is not crawling with white-skinned children.
