Housing costs around Lake Chapala

I previously lived in the Guadalajara area before moving to Germany 2 1/2 years ago. I am considering moving back to Mexico and want to know the approximate cost of rent for a ground floor apartment, 2 bedrooms, with parking and utilities. Also what is the cost of food now and has there been much inflation?
