Sequence of Water Treatment Equipment

My wife and I are planning a water treatment system for our home in Zapopan. We're on city water, with no well.
We have a cisterna and a tinaco.
We plan on putting in filters,softener and uv for the whole house and ro for point of use
The question we have is, "Do we put the uv before the cisterna and tinaco or after? I haven't seen any information about that. And both ways make sense.
Do you have this type of set up? Or have you had experience with this?
