Do I need to pay seguros for a part-time maid?

Does anyone know what (if any) the requirements are regarding health insurance for one's domestic help? I am thinking of a part time maid. Also if there is such a requirement can you refer me to a webpage where one acquires such a seguro? Fine if it is in Spanish, I'd really appreciate a link, especially to governmental pages that spell out the info.
