Covid shots

we have been stranded in Mexico for almost two years. We cannot get to states to get the shots. We can´t seem to get them down here. What are we to do. When we show up at the site run by The Army they were out and that was in June 2021 and have not been able to get the shot or our names have not been called yet . And now the govt is now requirement to have the shot before coming in the USA now as of Nov 8, 2021
