Hi. I'm a retired expat living in the Dominican Republic. I've adopted a Haitian kid who is now 18.

He wants to move to Mexico because he thinks the opportunities are better there for him. I'm thinking TJ because I believe there's a large Haitian presence.

Anyone have any advice?
