Los Angeles TR financial requirements

The Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles requires the following financials for temporary residence applications:

1. If you are retired and over 59. a minimum monthly income of $US2,600 for the previous six months, supported by a SS benefit letter and bank statements.
2. If you are not retired, then a minimum monthly ending balance of $US42,500 for the previous 12 months supported by 12 bank statements.
3. If you are a trust beneficiary, then your share must have an appraised value of $MN6,914,800 ($US345,740 at 20 pesos to the dollar).
