moving from the US

i think it might be best to rent in Puerta Vallarta and have a short term work visa from what I am reading. I have a Spanish degree and speak at about an intermediate level of Spanish. I have my LPN license in the US and soon my RN. I just would like to know where to start. My goal to move is Sep. 2022. Thanks for any suggestions.
