As older retirees ( 70’s) I wonder how the health care system is in Mexico and in particular the Lake Chapala area?
Any problem getting a doctor?

I can see a lot of pros to moving to Mexico , what are the cons ?

Is the altitude in Lake Chapala a health concern for someone with COPD?
