Does anyone know of a US drug store chain that ships to Mexico? I'm not looking for prescription medicine, but other stuff.
There are a couple things that are common and cheap in the US at drug store chains that are unavailable in Mexico or available only at ridiculous prices.
For example, a bottle of Melatonin from Walmart in the US will cost you around $5, but you can't get it for less than 600 pesos in Mexico. Most pharmacies here have it, but it's just way more expensive. Anything to do with sleeping seems to command a big premium here.
Unisom is another one. $45 a bottle from MercadoLibre for a generic version that's $5 bottle in the US.
And I have a favorite brand of toothpaste - Pepsodent, which is not available in Mexico. Amazon has it, but if you set the shipping to Mexico it suddenly becomes unavailable, even from those merchants that ship bulk (like a dozen tubes at once).
Even after being here five years I still have a few dependencies on US shopping, and I don't get back there often enough to stock up on these things.
