Which neighborhoods are best or safest and which, if any, are to stay away from.

We like to walk to amenities if possible but we also want views.

What are the options for medical in the area, or do you have to go to Guadalajara.

We like Mexican culture, but we also want some US creature comforts. I read that there are upwards of 12,000 us and Canadian expats. What percentage of local businesses are expat owned and operated?
