Best Places, Parks, Plazas to Roller Skate?

I'm experienced roller skater but mostly cruise and groove. Can't shuffle dance... Yet ??

So I want to be safe but am confident, just trying to avoid uneven and brick paths/plazas.
And also avoid vehicle traffic and not too busy pedestrian foot traffic either, though I'm used to that and at 6'1 on 3" skates I kinda stick out like a sore thumb ??

I may reconsider this entirely, since I should also probably get supplemental travel insurance, just in case..????????
