I'm from the USA. How did you breach your fear of permanently leaving your home country?

A couple of things about me. I'm from the USA. I'm a single female. I'm black (not African-American, just African). It's extremely difficult living alone with zero family/zero support around the USA. (My nearest close friend is 2,000 miles away.) I've lived with Mexicans previously for 6 years and loved every moment, so I'm not worried about the people or the culture. I'm more worried about the government aspect with business formation, taxes and difficulty of citizenship/passport procurement. How did you breach your fear of permanently leaving your home country to continue or reboot your business?
