Mexico Exit without FMM

I am a permanent resident in Mexico. Last year I crossed the San Ysidro border to enter the United States. Now I need to fly from Atlanta to Mexico City next month. However, I did not get an FMM (Forma Migratoria Multiple) when I exit the Mexican territory (Tijuana).

When I arrive at the Mexico City International Airport next month, will I be penalize by INM because of no FMM?
