Curious: why the relocation?

Hello. Super curious why those from the US choose to leave and relocate to Mexico? Better quality of life? too expensive to retire to Florida? Increasingly political unrest (understatement) in U.S.? Gun violence? Adventure? Something else? I’m asking to check my own motives. I already live in paradise in South Florida but I’m worried about the next electoral cycle and my worse fear about what could happen. I’m not looking to have a discussion about US politics. Just wondering what your motivations to leave might be? Thanks.
