CITAS Website - Getting Stuck

Hi,
I have been trying to book an appointment on CITAS.sre.gob.mx but I keep getting stuck on the page where after choosing your consular office, you confirm your place of birth, VERIFY, and have to click on "CONTINUE"
No matter how many times I click Verify and then try to Continue, I don't move on to the next webpage. I can't understand what I am doing wrong. Has anyone experienced this and if you did, how did you get past it?
