Hello Everyone

I would love to hear any thoughts about moving to Rosarito, Mexico or the surrounding area south of there. Buy or rent? Safety, cost of living, things to do?
Any feedback is appreciated as I contemplate this life changing decision. I don't wan't to make any more mistakes in my life. LOL!
