First trip to SMA

I have a trip planned to San Miguel de Allendale in October. This is my first visit there and we only have a week. I have reservation but need a driver some days as I would like to visit some wineries. I'll be looking for shopping areas, museums, and restaurant. I would like some guidance/suggestions on cost for these items.
