Moving to Mazunte?

Hi All. I will be traveling to Mazunte 29 December - 28 January, looking for homes to rent in the area. Any recommendations? It's just me...a rather young thinking but mature female. While I have many hobbies, my faves are writing and gardening. Hope to find new friends (local & expats) when I move there.
