Dentist/Surgeon in Tijuana/BC area

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced dentist and oral surgeon in BC (Tijuana-Ensenada corridor) who preferably speaks English too.

I need ordinary care (filling, cleaning) as well as specialty (root canal, implant/oral surgery) and have no idea how much these services cost here.

Unfortunately my Spanish is at a primitive level, and although I won't be chit chatting with the dentist while he's working on my teeth ;-) but it is helpful to understand what goes on and his/her recommendation & plan.

Has anyone here had good experience enough to recommend a dentist and/or oral surgeon in BC norte close to TIjana-Ensenada area?

Also if you know how much the costs are generally at, that would be helpful too.
