Anxiety therapist w/25yrs ex

A US licensed Clinical Social Worker, I maintain an on line practice in decreasing anxiety and also addressing the behavioral and emotional aspects of managing pain.
In Mexico, over time I would like to offer some in person work. I understand my business would need to be registered. I would like to hear from other mental health therapists. I would like to offer sliding scale service but wonder if that is realistic in that I am just now learning Soanish. Thanks
