planning a move to mexico

Should I drive my vehicle to Mexico or would it be better to buy one there ?

Medical insurance , from what I have seen on the internet I can buy health insurance for a reasonable amount..

Are the custom fees expensive if I bring many of my belongings ? I was thinking of a truck and a small trailer .. is this a good idea or a bad idea.

Any pointers would be helpful ...
